The 11th Annual Orlando Folk Festival
February 9 and 10, 2013
The Mennello Museum of American Art is proud to host the upcoming 11th annual Orlando Folk Festival, held the second weekend in February. The festival has now grown into three days of activities in the museum and on the shores of scenic Lake Formosa in Loch Haven Park. Friday is Education Day with activities planned just for kids. Saturday and Sunday feature folk and Americana music all day on the main stage, dance, storytelling, traditional craft demonstrations and plenty of food and art vendors. This family friendly event is free to the public and is attended by approximately 5,000 visitors each year.
Food and beverages are for sale but we encourage you to bring blankets or lawn chairs, and enjoy the day with a picnic on the grounds among the outdoor sculptures.
Orlando Folk Festival sponsorships are a great way to get your business in front of thousands of locals as well as visitors to the Orlando area. You’ll also be showing your support for the City of Orlando’s arts and cultural community. A variety of flexible sponsorships are available.
Play a bigger role in the Orlando Folk Festival and enjoy meeting new friends and building new customers through great music, food and arts and crafts.
For information on sponsorship opportunities, Contact Kim Robinson or call 407-246-3294.
This program is funded in part by the Orange County Division of Arts and Cultural Affairs and the Friends of the Mennello Museum of American Art.
